For one year my life was taken over by a project to photograph British wild flowers in their natural habitats for a book commissioned by Bloomsbury Publishing. During the growing season author Sarah Raven and I spent about three days a week travelling around the UK visiting the most fantastic wild flower sites. Most of the images in this gallery were taken during that time.
